ARTICLE 6: MODES Of PURCHASES
While clicking on « downloading » of an album, the customer reaches a page of presentation on which several modes of purchase are proposed. The two principal ones are the Paypal mode and the method of payment by check reserved to people titular of a bank account established in Metropolitan France.
After payment the customer will receive a link allowing him to download the selected album(s). This link is valid for a 24 hours duration starting from its activation.
USE OF THE BASKET:
The customer can, while clicking on « Adding to the basket », place in a basket the albums of his choice. He can, constantly, visualize the contents of his basket, remove one (or several) album(s) from his basket and finish his order. After having clicked on “Finishing my order”, a summary is presented to the customer who confirms it by choosing his method of payment (bank card, check). The customer can still give up his order, and this until the validation of his payment. If using Paypal, he receives then instantaneously the links of remote loading of the ordered albums and in the same time, by email, a confirmation that its order was indeed taken into account on the Site, which also presents the links of remote loading of the ordered album(s).

ARTICLE 7: MEANS OF PAYMENT
The customer has 2 means of payment, usable according to the type of albums he wishes to download:
The credit card payment:

The customer carries out the payment of his orders by communicating to Paypal his banking coordinates, being specified that the transaction is protected.

The payment by check:
The customer carries out the payment of his orders by sending a check as well as the purchase order to the following address: MUSIK4ONE/Pierre Callandreau -18bis, rue de Parmain - 95430 Butry sur Oise. At reception of the check, a code of remote loading will be sent by email to the customer.

ARTICLE 8: PRICE
The indicated prices take into account the Paypal service (0.25 euros + 3,4% of the total price), the MUSIK4ONE service (0.20 euros) and the remuneration of the artist (minimum 1€)
The payment of the totality of the price is carried out during the ordering.
The expenses of communication related to the use of the proposed services by MUSIK4ONE remain with the customer.
