PREAMBLE :
MUSIK4ONE association exploits the Web site « musik4one.com » (hereafter the Site) where it proposes, as a major offering, a final downloading service of musical recordings (albums + visuals).
The remote loading consists of the transmission and the reproduction, on the hard drive of the computer of the customer, of a numerical file corresponding to the chosen record.
MUSIK4ONE reserves the right, without notice or allowance, to close temporarily or definitively the access to the services managed by its partners. It will not be responsible for the damage of any nature being able to result from this fact.
The general terms of sale exposed hereafter are available only in French and English. The customer has faculty to save them and to print them.

ARTICLE 1: OBJECT
The present ones constitute, at February 18th, 2008, the general terms of sale of the services directly marketed by MUSIK4ONE on the Site, namely the final remote loading of musical recordings (albums + visuals). They apply to the exclusion of any other conditions.
They can however be the subjects of modifications. The applicable conditions are then those in force on the Site at the date of the customer order. Consequently, the customer is invited to regularly consult them in order to be held informed of evolutions.

ARTICLE 2: PROTECTION OF THE SITE
Any deterioration and, in the absence of authorization, any representation, reproduction, modification, commercial use, total or partial, of the various elements of the Site is prohibited and exposes its author(s) to legal claims. The present general terms of sale do not by any means carry authorization to represent, reproduce, modify or use commercially the various elements of the Site.

ARTICLE 3: MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICES
MUSIK4ONE reserves the right to make to its services all the modifications and improvements which it will consider necessary or useful and will not be responsible for the damage of any nature being able to result from this fact.
In addition, MUSIK4ONE reserves the right, without notice nor allowance, to stop definitively a service or the whole of the proposed services on the Site and will not be responsible for the damage of any nature being able to result from this fact.

ARTICLE 4: AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES
The services are normally accessible by the customer 24 hours over 24, 7 days out of 7 and all the year.
MUSIK4ONE reserves nevertheless the right, without notice or allowance, to temporarily close the access to them and will not be responsible for the damage of any nature being able to result from this fact.

ARTICLE 5: CUSTOMERS AIMED AT
The proposed services by MUSIK4ONE are reserved to people having reached the age of majority or to younger people titular of a parental authorization enabling them to carry out an order on the Site.
